Never answer the same email twice.
ReplyGuru auto-replies to the customer questions you get every day — hours, prices, FAQs — but only the categories you approve. Everything else stays in your inbox, untouched.
You're typing the same answer fifteen times a day.
"What time do you open Saturday?" "How much for a cleaning?" "Do you take HSA?" Every. Single. Day. It's not the hard questions slowing you down — it's the same five easy ones, on repeat.
- Customers expect a reply in under an hour — or they go somewhere else.
- You're answering the same question after dinner, in the car, between appointments.
- A part-time inbox helper costs more than your software stack.
- And a generic AI chatbot? You don't trust it with your customers.
You approve the questions.
We send the replies.
ReplyGuru reads incoming email and matches it to categories you've explicitly approved — hours, pricing, booking, FAQ. Match found? It replies in your voice, from your domain.
No match? It stays in your inbox. We never guess. We never invent.
Built specifically for the way
small businesses already work.
Approved categories only
You pick what gets auto-answered. Hours, prices, booking — whatever fits your business. Nothing else.
Replies in your voice
Paste a few of your real emails during setup. ReplyGuru learns the tone — friendly, formal, brief, whatever yours is.
Multiple stores, one place
Each location gets its own categories and tone. Switch between stores in two clicks. No re-onboarding.
Speaks every customer language
A customer writes in Spanish or Portuguese? You get the reply in their language. You read it in yours.
Every reply is auditable
See exactly what was sent, when, and why. Click any auto-reply to read the full message and the matched category.
Off in one click
Pause replies for any category — or all of them — in a single click. Owners get a daily summary email so nothing is ever a surprise.
Connects in 5 minutes
Gmail, Outlook, Zoho. One-click OAuth. No DNS records, no IT support, no IMAP nonsense.
Send-from-your-domain
Replies look exactly like they come from you, because they do — through your existing email account.
Set up in 10 minutes.
Stops the same emails forever.
Connect your inbox
One click for Gmail, Outlook, or Zoho. We read incoming email — we don't send anything until you say so.
Approve categories
Pick the questions you're fine with us auto-answering. Hours, pricing, booking, FAQ. You can edit any answer in plain text.
We learn your voice
Paste 2-3 of your real past replies. ReplyGuru matches the tone, sign-off, and level of formality. Tweak as you like.
Turn it on
Send a test email to yourself. Confirm the reply looks right. Switch auto-reply on. Done — for every category, forever.
Your inbox is sacred.
We treat it that way.
You can't run a small business if you can't trust your tools. We built ReplyGuru around the assumption that any one bad email could lose you a customer — so we built in five layers of guardrails before a single reply is ever sent.
If you run a small business, you
already have the same five emails waiting.
For clinics, salons, gyms, and studios.
You get the same five questions every day: hours, prices, walk-ins, booking, parking. ReplyGuru handles them while you handle clients.
For restaurants, cafes, and bakeries.
Reservations, dietary questions, large-party policies, catering inquiries — answered in 30 seconds whether you're in the weeds or in bed.
For boutiques, bookstores, hardware, plant shops.
Stock checks, hold-for-pickup, returns, gift wrapping. The questions that interrupt you twice an hour, handled.
For small agencies and studios.
New-business inbox triage. Lead qualification. Scheduling intro calls. Spam filtering. Keep the inbox tight without paying an EA.
For small online stores.
Order status, returns, shipping times, size guides. The questions Shopify's help docs are supposed to handle — but customers email anyway.
The questions
SMB owners ask
while previewing.
This page is a development preview, so availability, providers, and final behavior may still change.
What if ReplyGuru sends a bad reply?
It can't, by design. We only reply to questions that match a category you've explicitly approved — and the answer for each category is yours, in plain text. If a message doesn't match any approved category, it stays in your inbox. We never invent an answer. If something does go wrong, you have a one-click owner pause and a full audit log of every send.
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot tries to answer anything. ReplyGuru only answers what you've pre-approved, in writing — and only over email, from your domain, looking exactly like a normal reply from you. Your customers don't get bounced to a widget on a website. They just get a fast, helpful answer.
Will it sound like a robot wrote it?
Not unless you write like a robot. During setup, you paste 2-3 of your real past replies. ReplyGuru matches the tone, sign-off, and level of formality — and you can edit any category's answer in plain text, anytime. Most owners can't tell which replies are auto and which are theirs without checking the audit log.
Which email providers does it work with?
The preview is designed around Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Zoho Mail — connected via OAuth in one click. No DNS records, no IMAP setup, no IT involvement.
Can I have different categories for different locations?
Yes — every store has its own approved categories, tone, and answers. The Capitol Hill location can auto-reply about Saturday hours; the airport location can't. One account, every store, two-click switching.
Does it speak my customers' languages?
The product flow supports multi-language replies. If a customer writes in Spanish, French, Portuguese, or another supported language, ReplyGuru can reply in their language while showing you both sides in yours.
Will you use my customer emails to train an AI?
No. The product is designed so customer emails are never used to train any model. The only data kept is what's needed to send the reply, log the audit trail, and show you the dashboard.
How quickly can I really set this up?
Connecting your inbox takes about 2 minutes. Approving your first 3 categories and pasting in your voice samples takes another 6-8. We send a test reply to your own email at the end so you can see exactly what it looks like before turning it on for customers. Most owners are live in under 10 minutes.
ReplyGuru is being built

The preview shows the core flow: connect an inbox, approve safe categories, review the audit trail, and keep every uncertain message in your hands.
